Lease Term:
Most leases will be one year long. More importantly, they will almost ALWAYS end on April 30th or May 31st.

Security Deposits:
The security deposit is typically 1 & 1/2 months rent, if you have good credit and no pets. 

Pets:
If you have a pet there will be $50 per month increase in rent and there may be an additional 1/2 months security deposit.
We have no size limits on dogs, but we must be able to enter the apartment without you being there. You must have a non-aggressive dog.

Application Process:
This usually takes about 4 days. In order to secure an apartment you must submit these 4 things:

1) A filled out application, for each applicant who will occupy the apartment. This can be downloaded from the website (see below).
2) A $40 application fee for each applicant, as cash or a check to the street name for your building (i.e. Wood LLC).
3) A photo copy of the most recent Pay Stub and Driver's License for each applicant.
4) A separate check made out to Hanging Out, LLC for the deposit to secure the apartment. This is normally equal to the security deposit.
    This must be a bank check, money order or certified check, NOT a personal check.
    The deposit will be refunded if your application is rejected or applied to your security deposit if you are accepted.

All of this information must be dropped off into the wooden mailbox inside the front door at 1922 N Wood St.
You will be notified as soon as we know your status. On the move in date, we will require the first month's rent. We will then give you the keys.
